Thant Zaw Thein (Lu Zaw)

Thant Zaw Thein (Lu Zaw) is a highly experienced trainer with many years of work experience in Myanmar and internationally. Holding a masters degree, he is a certified ASEAN In-Company Master Trainer and a Master Trainer accredited by the Swiss Hotel Management Academy in Lucerne. He has over seven years of expertise in the humanitarian and capacity development sectors across INGOs and the corporate sector, combined with more than a decade of frontline customer service experience. He specializes in delivering impactful training programs and excels in customer service, presentation, organization, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Jimmy Zaw

Jimmy Zaw is a highly experienced professional with extensive expertise in the hospitality and aviation industries. He is a certified trainer of Singapore Hotel Association Training & Education Center (SHATEC), with many years of management role in Myanmars top luxury hotels, where he developed a deep understanding of operational excellence and exceptional customer service. In addition to his hospitality credentials, he holds a Skills Certificate from the Malaysia Airline Academy and has gained invaluable hands-on experience as a service crew member with a leading international airline in Myanmar.

Ye Win

Ye Win is a highly qualified and experienced trainer, certified as a Master Trainer by Swisscontact and an instructor with CVT Myanmar. With extensive years of expertise in the hospitality field, this trainer brings both practical knowledge and international certification to the classroom. Specializing in high-quality, results-driven training, have developed a reputation as an expert trainer, capable of transforming professionals into top performers in hospitality and service-related industries.
